Client: Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Cambridge, MA Requirement: Create a 750,000 square foot flexible corporate headquarters and R&D campus phased in four build-to-suit buildings over five years, in a premier research and development cluster. Solution: Forest City provided fully zoned and permitted sites, designed, built, and financed the build-to-suit buildings, and managed the coordination of tenant design and construction activities.
