As President of Forest City Enterprises' Boston office, Mr. Wuest is responsible for the management of the Company's existing portfolio and directing all of the company's new business efforts across the various product types invested in and developed by Forest City. Mr. Wuest has over 20 years of real estate investment, development and capital markets experience and holds a leadership role in several industry organizations including ULI & NAIOP. A former certified public accountant, Mr. Wuest is a graduate of the University of Connecticut (BS) and Harvard University (MBA).

Mr. Calkins shares leadership responsibilities for the Boston-based development team, and leads the planning and implementation of commercial or mixed-use projects throughout New England. Together with other executives, he also evaluates and develops new opportunities for joint venture / partnership relationships and mixed-use development projects. Mr. Calkins has personally directed the development of more than 1.5 million square feet of space at University Park, with responsibility for building design, permitting, construction, and lease negotiation. Mr. Calkins received a bachelor of science degree with honors from Washington University in St. Louis and a master of architecture from Harvard University.

Farley is responsible for managing the Boston office's operating commercial portfolio. He also develops leasing opportunities and negotiates the completion of operating agreements for both new and existing tenants. He received a bachelor of arts degree from St. Michael's College and also attended Loyola University in Rome, Italy.

Brown is responsible for all project financing, coordinating the work of corporate finance and legal staff as well as outside counsel. She also serves as in-house counsel for the Boston office's development team and its operating properties. She holds a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of California at Los Angeles and a juris doctor, with honors, from The George Washington University.

Roy holds responsibility for strategic planning and development of best practices for the engineering, construction and technical infrastructure systems underlying the Forest City Boston's development projects. Mr. Roy motivates excellence in design for HVAC, building automation, information technology and security systems, seeking superior engineered solutions that will provide long-term value to technology-oriented building users and to Forest City as owner. Mr. Roy has a B.S. degree in Architecture from Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario, M.S. in Technology Management from University of Maryland, and J.D. from Catholic University of America, Washington, DC.

Doug Arsham Development Manager

Arsham is responsible for direct project management on Forest City residential development projects. He is presently acting as development manager for a 306-unit adaptive re-use renovation of a former leather mill complex that is the largest single development in the history of the City of Haverhill. He is charged with managing the approval aspects and is acting as the City interface throughout the development process. Mr. Arsham received a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University in 1997.

Kiely manages the day to day operations of the University Park campus, including tenant and vendor relations, lease negotiations, budgeting, and supervision of operations and engineering staff. He holds a bachelor of science in political science from Salem State College.

Paton is the Regional Manager for Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York. She is responsible for operations at Forest City’s residential properties, including the residential projects at University Park at MIT. Ms. Paton has more than 17 years experience in all facets of residential property management and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Ms. Paton holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Ithaca College.

King has overall responsibility for the management of the IT strategic plan and architectures, including applications, technology, knowledge, and data architectures for Forest City, Boston and University Park at MIT. This includes the development of architectural standards and management of standards review and exception processes. He also collaborates on special projects and task-forces on a company wide basis with corporate ITG.
