University Park has been an ambitious and rewarding undertaking for Forest City | Boston and our partners, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the City of Cambridge. When fully complete in 2005, the Park will comprise 2.3 million square feet over 27 acres, including ten research and office buildings; four residential complexes; 250,000 square feet of hotel, restaurant, and retail space; and structured parking for more than 2,700 cars. University Park is among the largest private construction projects underway in the Boston area.
